Sonoma’s beloved, enduring Hometown Band will perform in a pair of free, Big Band Holiday concerts today, Saturday, and tomorrow, Sunday, Dec. 8, at two venues in Sonoma.

The Saturday concert will be performed at 7 p.m. in Burlingame Hall at the First Congregational Church, 252 West Spain St.. Sunday’s concert will be performed at 2 p.m. in the Little Theater at Sonoma Valley High School.

While admission is free, donations are happily accepted.

The Hometown Band is a nonprofit, Sonoma institution composed of marching musicians of all ages who appear annually in the Fourth of July Parade and in concerts and at other events around the Sonoma Valley and beyond. For details go to sonomahometownband.org.
