Monday, Feb. 27:

1:35 p.m. – While on patrol in the vicinity of the bike path and Ramon Street, a deputy spotted a vehicle driven by a man the deputy knew was on probation with search and seizure terms. The man told the deputy he had a knife and a pipe in his jacket. The deputy didn’t find one knife – he found three 6-inch dual-edge fixed-blade throwing knives along with a glass case that contained methamphetamine. And the man also handed over three $100 bills that were stamped “For Motion Picture Use.” The deputy arrested Adam Mock, 44, of El Verano on charges of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the county jail.

Tuesday, Feb. 28:

11:36 p.m. – Deputies were sent to the Jack London Lodge in Glen Ellen for a report of a domestic disturbance. When deputies arrived they found a female victim bleeding from the mouth and nose. She said her boyfriend fell asleep and when she woke him, he punched her in the face and then dragged her back into the room when she tried to leave. The suspect said nothing happened. Deputies arrested Franklin Terrel, 49, of San Anselmo, on charges of felony domestic violence assault and felony false imprisonment. He was transported to the county jail.

Wednesday, March 1:

9:50 a.m. – A resident in the 100 block of Orchard reported that his apartment had been burglarized. Apparently the suspect climbed up a balcony and took a guitar. The 29-year-old suspect was later found and arrested on charges of petty theft and vandalism. He was transported to county jail.

Saturday, March 4:

10:27 a.m. – Deputies were sent to Sonoma Creek near Gregory Circle for a report of a man with his pants around his ankles. The man denied he was pleasuring himself, and told deputies he was bored. During a search of the man’s belongings, deputies found a credit card that didn’t belong to the man and some methamphetamine. The owner of the credit card said she didn’t know the man and he didn’t have permission to have her credit card. The 32-year-old Sonoma resident was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of personal identity, possess known stolen property and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into county jail.

Sunday, March 5:

11:24 a.m. – A deputy responded to a convenience store in the 900 block of Grove Street for a vehicle that was taking two lanes of parking. The driver was on searchable probation and told the deputy that they didn’t think there was any contraband. But the deputy kept on finding pipes – a total of seven – and a bag of methamphetamine. The 27-year-old Sonoma resident was cited for possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and a probation violation.

5:07 p.m. – Deputies were called to the Plaza for a report of an intoxicated male who stumbled as he crossed the street and then drove away. The man was stopped on Riverside Drive and Petaluma Avenue. He did poorly on his field sobriety tests, and blew a .16 on the PAS (preliminary alcohol screening). At the police station, he blew a .16 and a .17 on a breath test. Richard Mueller, 56, of El Verano was cited for driving under the influence and released to his wife.
