Noche de Luz goes full spectrum

Guests to La Luz's Aug. 6 fundraiser were promised “A Night to Remember,” and they sure got one.

This year's Noche de Luz offered “a night of illusions” at the Sonoma Valley Veterans Memorial Hall, where supporters of the advocacy center enjoyed the body paint of Catalyst Arts, a laser light show, “America's Got Talent” contestants Lightwire Theater and dancing to the music of Jefferson Espinosa.

What was no illusion was the sumptuous nibbles of Elaine Bell catering.
