#1: People who take their phone calls in their backyard, and then talk so loud that their neighbors can hear every personal detail of the conversation.
(3 of ) Neighbors who don’t clean up after their animals. #2 One neighbor said, “I live near an older woman that waits to get to my lawn to let her dog poop on it. When I told her sarcastically that I’d clean it up, she just looked at me and smiled.” Another neighbor is frustrated that her fresh veggies are soiled by the excrement of her neighbor’s wandering cats.

(5 of ) Smoking neighbors. One neighbor said, “Smoking is my worst pet peeve. The smoke always blows right through our open windows."
(6 of ) Neighbors who leave food out for all the pets in the neighborhood, and slowly take over ownership of these pets.
(7 of ) Neighbors with pet roosters. Enough said.
(8 of ) People who leave anonymous complaints on their neighbor’s door instead of just talking to them face-to-face.
(9 of ) Neighbors who take it upon themselves to, ahem, "prune" your trees because it blocks their view.
(10 of ) Barking dogs — at all hours of the day, and all through the night. One neighbor said, “If I can hear them so can you!”
(11 of ) Neighbors who cook extremely fragrant foods inside their apartment, only to affect the rest of the apartments in the complex.
(12 of ) People who throw their cigarette butts on their neighbor’s lawn.
(13 of ) Neighbor’s outdoor cats with fleas. One neighbor said, “These untreated cats bring their fleas into my yard where my kids and animals play.”
(14 of ) Neighbors who work on their cars, their yard, or do construction before 8 a.m. on the weekend.
(15 of ) Neighbors who play music so loud, you can hear the words through the walls.
(16 of ) Neighbors who grow marijuana. One neighbor said, “My neighbors grow pot — not just a plant or two, but a ton. They harvest on a 6-8 week schedule, which keeps us cooped up in our house because of the stench as it "cures.” Did I mention this happens every 6-8 weeks?"
(17 of ) People who treat their driveways like a car shop. One neighbor complained about “full day car detailing and modification sessions in the driveway complete with obnoxiously loud music, visits from friends, and beer runs. There are garages for a reason.”

(19 of ) People who allow their trees and bushes to cross into their neighbor’s yard so that their neighbor has to clean up the debris.
(20 of ) Neighbors who leave their outside lights on all night long. One neighbor said, “My neighbor has a side door light he leaves on all night that shines into my bedroom. I've had fantasies of throwing a rock at it.”

(22 of ) People who help themselves to their neighbors yards, whether to steal flowers or produce, or just trespassing in general.
(23 of ) Neighbors who don’t understand considerate laundry room use in an apartment complex.
(24 of ) People who park in front of their neighbor’s house for days. One neighbor said, “I live at the end of a cul-de-sac and the parking around our house is horrible. We've even had our driveway blocked a few times.”
(25 of ) One neighbor mentioned the school bus stop right next to her house as one of her biggest pet peeves. “The parents speed down our street to drop their kids off at the bus stop. And the kids leave their breakfast trash on ground at the bus stop.”
(26 of ) Neighbors with a louder than average exhaust system on their car or truck, especially when they let their car idle in the driveway before dawn.
