La Luz Center, the North Bay Organizing Project, the Sonoma Valley Health Center and El Verano School will hold a community forum at 6 p.m. Wednesday Aug. 27, to provide local residents with the latest information about AB 60, a new state law that will allow undocumented immigrants to obtain driver’s licenses beginning January 2015.
Participants will have the opportunity to hear an update on state rules for the implementation of the new law and also have a conversation with El Verano neighbors.
The meeting will be held at El Verano Elementary School, 18606 Riverside Drive in El Verano.
