SoCo local McKenna Faith to play Sonoma’s Reel on June 2

Rising country star with Sonoma County roots plays Saturday, rescheduled from May date.|

While she hails from Windsor, country music singer-songwriter McKenna Faith has been living in Nashville the last five years.

A former champion barrel racer, Faith began performing “The Star Spangled Banner” at sporting events before deciding to move to Nashville to pursue her career in music. She has toured the nation and her debut single “Somethin’ Somethin’” cracked the Top 100 on the country charts.

Faith has collaborated with a number of writers since living in Nashville and has headlined shows at fairs, casinos and nightclubs across the country in addition to festival circuits.

After kicking off 2017 with her first international tour in Australia, Faith is hitting the road this summer to promote her new album, “Heartstealer.”

Faith rolls into Sonoma on Saturday, June 2 (making up for a cancelled May 18 appearance). Doors open at 8:30 p.m. for the 9 p.m. show. Tickets are $10 general admission or $25 VIP online at thereelfishshop.com.
