Old-style piano show at Sonoma’s Sebastiani Theatre

Benefit on Nov. 19 features half-dozen local musicians|

The Sebastiani Theatre presents a New Orleans-style piano show at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 19, to benefit fire victims and families in need.

“A spectacular lineup of musical artists promises an afternoon of outstanding performance,” says Roger Rhoten. Participating musicians include Billy Philadelphia, Wendy DeWitt, and local favorites including Tommy Thomsen, Meg Mackey, Ken “Snakebite” Jacobs on sax and Earl Blue.

“Sonoma residents are the kind of people who come together to support our friends and neighbors who are experiencing difficult times,” says Rhoten. “Join us in raising funds to benefit wine country fire victims whose losses are unfathomable and also to help other families in need. This is a wonderful opportunity to hear some fantastic musical artists who have come together to help while we all can contribute to the good of the total community.”

Tickets are $10 and are available online at sebastianitheatre.com, and in Sonoma at Readers’ Books and the Sebastiani Theatre, 476 First St. E. Call 996-9756 to reserve seats.
