Singer-turned-producer Selena Gomez is sharing a sneak peek of '13 Reasons Why,' the new Netflix series filmed right here in Sonoma County last summer.

The series, debuting March 31 on the streaming service, is based on the best-selling young adult novel of the same name by Jay Asher about a girl who commits suicide and haunts her classmates via audio tapes she's left behind.

Gomez calls the series, which she is executive producing with her mom, Mandy Teefey, 'a passion project.'

The series filmed at Sebastopol's Analy High School in June.

The 13-episode series is directed by "Spotlight's" Tom McCarthy.
