For those who like a little bit country, a little bit rock ‘n’ roll and whole lotta gritty soul, look no further than Sonoma this week, when singer-songwriter Margo Price hitches her rising star to the stage at Gundlach Bundschu Winery.

With enthusiastic attention thrown her way from Rolling Stone magazine and a stint as musical guest on Saturday Night Live, the Nashville-based artist is on her way to becoming a household name.

Citing Emmylou Harris and Dolly Parton as prime influences, Price writers about “life’s cruel twists and unjust turns,” according to Nashville Scene. The 33-year-old Illinois native takes the stage at the Gun Bun amphitheater on Wednesday, Aug. 3 at 8 p.m.
