Sebastiani movie supper club to screen ‘On Golden Pond’

Sebastiani movie supper club to screen ‘On Golden Pond'|

Family dynamics coming to a head on a vacation by the lake may sound like the typical trip to Tahoe, but it’s really the concept behind the critically acclaimed 1981 film “On Golden Pond,” which starred screen legends Henry Fonda and Katharine Hepburn alongside Fonda’s near-legendary daughter Jane.

“On Golden Pond” is this Monday’s featured film in the Sebastiani Theatre’s supper club, which includes dinner at 5 p.m. at a local restaurant followed by the movie at 7 p.m. As the theater’s website describes new supper club series, “Dine with great company at Sonoma’s best restaurants; have a reserved seat with your name on it at the theater.”

The series includes a total of six dinner/movie nights throughout the year.

Single dinner and movie is $70 per person; six-movie series is $425 per person. Send checks to Sebastiani Theatre Foundation, PO Box 874, Sonoma, or pay at the theater. Movie only is $9 per person; $50 per series.

Wine in the lobby before the show is $5 donation per glass. Theater is 476 First St. E.
