Sonomans brave traffic to BottleRock

Fourth annual BottleRock delights despite traffic|

Hundreds of Sonomans braved blistering heat and traffic backups that occasionally reached back as far as Nicholson Ranch to join the estimated 50,000 music fans attending the sold-out three-day BottleRock festival at the Napa Valley Expo this past weekend.

While there were close to 100 bands playing across the three 10-hour days, the biggest crowds turned out for headliner Steve Wonder, who kicked off the fourth annual BottleRock festival on Friday night, Florence + the Machine, who played the big stage Saturday night and the Red Hot Chili Peppers who closed the show on Sunday night.
