The Valley of the Moon Music Festival’s Green Music Center series resumes Saturday, March 31, with three performers – Sonya Tomkins and Eric Zivian, joined by festival Faculty Artist Monica Huggett on violin. They will play works by Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven and Hummel.

Huggett has an international reputation, with an active career as a soloist, director and chamber musician. Huggett was born in London, and currently divides her time between the United States and Europe.

On Saturday, May 12, VMMF’s Green Music Center series will come to a close with a program dedicated to Schubert’s legacy with songs by Schumann, Schubert, as well as Schubert’s Piano Trio in B-flat. Joining Tomkins and Zivian will be tenor Kyle Stegall and violinist Joseph Maile. Maile is a founding member of the San Francisco-based Telegraph Quartet, the recipient of top prizes at the Naumburg and Fischoff Competitions.

Tickets for Valley of the Moon Music Festival’s spring concerts are on sale at the Green Music Center box office, available online at gmc.sonoma.edu/VOTM or by phone at 866-955-6040.

Each concert starts at 3 p.m. inside the intimate 240-seat Schroeder Hall. Individual tickets are $30 each; a $70 pass offers admission to all three concerts. Tickets are $40 for single concerts, will go on sale in the spring. For more, visit valleyofthemoonmusicfestival.org.
