Native Sons host fundraising dinner

Sonoma Parlor #111, Native Sons of the Golden West is hosting its 11th annual “Surf and Turf Dinner,” Saturday, Jan. 31, at the Sonoma Valley Veterans Memorial Building, 126 First St. W., Sonoma.

All proceeds will be donated to the NSGW Sonoma Parlor #111 High School Scholarship fund and other local school programs.

This annual event has generated more than $85,000 in 10 years.

The bar opens at 6 p.m. and dinner is served at 7.

The menu includes rib-eye steak, compliment of large shrimp, salad, French roll, complimentary red and white wine, New York cheesecake and coffee.

The cost is $40 a person.

Live music will be provided by Train Wreck Junction and there will be games, a 50/50 raffle and live auction items.

Tickets are available at Steiner’s Tavern, Town Square and Eraldi’s Menswear.
