There were no injuries Tuesday afternoon when a limb from an oak tree fell on a car on Arnold Drive near Holt Avenue at the Sonoma Developmental Center. According to the California Highway Patrol, the driver, Mark Feinberg, 52, of Santa Rosa, was northbound when the limb fell on his car. Feinberg was uninjured, but his 2011 Audi A3 sustained major front-end damage.
