Vintage House senior center is kicking-off of its Golden Ticket Raffle, a fundraising event to benefit the Local Independent Mobility Options (LIMO) program among others.
LIMO helps non-driving Sonoma Valley seniors maintain their independence with free local rides provided by volunteer drivers using their personal cars.
“This year we are offering an exciting top prize that includes two Grand Reserve Tickets to Taste of Sonoma at McMurray Estate Vineyards, plus two Cinema Soiree Passes to the 2015 Sonoma International Film Festival and two special Weekend Pre-Race, garage and race passes to the 2014 Indy Car Series Race at Sonoma Raceway,” said Cynthia Scarborough, executive director of Vintage House.
Five additional winners of the raffle will win:
• Two year-long passes to Sebastiani Theatre’s Vintage Movie Series;
• Two season tickets to the Sonoma Theatre Alliance 2015 Series at Andrews Hall;
• Two tickets to Broadway Under the Stars “The Music of the Night”;
• Two tickets to Sonoma Valley Vintners & Growers 2015 “Vinolivo” tasting and weekend;
• Two Tickets to the Vintage House annual gala, “A Vintage Evening.”
Scarborough said, “The generosity of our prize donors is exceptional – we are indebted to them for their unselfish willingness to help Vintage House in making the Golden Ticket Raffle so attractive.”
Individual raffle tickets are priced at $20 each, or 6 for $100. Raffle tickets can be purchased at Vintage House’s front desk or at Bank of Marin, Exchange Bank, Pharmaca, Rabobank, Readers’ Books, Red Grape, and Westamerica Bank.
Vintage House volunteers will be selling raffle tickets during 4th of July festivities on the Plaza – look for them wearing their special gold T- shirts.
On selected Tuesdays, tickets will be available at a Golden Ticket Raffle table in front of Sonoma Market. Vintage House will also be selling tickets at the Tuesday farmers market in front of City Hall during July and early August.
The drawing will be held on Friday, Aug. 15, on the Kathleen Hill KSVY morning show.
