Gran Fondo, Tailwags and Handbags on horizon

Hi Sonoma! I holy you've all been enjoying the glorious days of Sonoma. The Sonoma International Film Festival is just around the corner from April 2 to 6. This is always a very festive time of year with the streets teeming with filmmakers, filmgoers, a smattering of celebrity and creativity in the air.

I love when our little burg becomes this filmmaking cultural hot spot. Kudos to the film festival for not only keeping the art alive, but the involvement of our entire community with outreach from the high school to the Latino film series and kids programs.

This year SIFF is featuring a wonderful short film called La Sauvetage which features the Olate Dogs from the hit show, America's Got Talent.

Check out as many films as you can, but please come see us for the opening night and Saturday kids program with the Olate Dogs. Halo Dog Food is sponsoring this film and has donated 1,000 pounds of dog and cat food to Pets Lifeline in support of our little shelter. Thank you Sonoma International Film Festival.

A few other exciting things coming up are the Gran Fondo (which yours truly has been diligently training for) is coming up Saturday, April 26. If you would like to sponsor me in the Ride For the Animals, go to our website, pets lifeline.org and click on the Gran Fondo to make a donation.
