Pro baseball, youth soccer/basketball/football/cheer, bocce, Babe Ruth, Hall of Fame

SONOMA STOMPERS PRO baseball team, which is a member of the four-team Pacific Association of Professional Baseball Clubs league, will be holding its first open tryout starting 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 15, at Sonoma’s Peterson Field, 175 First St. W. Pre-registration cost is $100 and day-of registration is $150. To register, contact Pacifics’ director of operations, Tristan Barbieri, at 415-485-1563, with pre-registration ending at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 14.

 

SONOMA COUNTY ALLIANCE is offering free soccer clinics – under the direction of high school varsity coaches, Sonoma County Sol players and high-level Bay Area youth coaches – for all Valley age groups on back-to-back Wednesdays, March 5 and 12, starting at 6 p.m. on the Sonoma Developmental Center’s fields in Glen Ellen. VALLEY OF THE MOON Soccer Club is holding a soccer clinic and registration for ages 5-to-16-years-old on Saturday, March 15, with the free clinic running from 10 a.m. to noon, and sign-ups being held all day, at Larson Park on DeChene Avenue in Boyes Hot Springs.
