The Sonoma Community Center and Pets Lifeline are teaming up On Saturday, Nov. 30, to offer fun-filled holiday events at the community center.

Pets Lifeline will present its annual Santa Paws event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Andrews Hall. Come down and have a special picture of your pet taken with Santa. To register, visit petslifeline.org.

The community center will host its annual Holiday Art Sale from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in room 110 the same day. Perfect for holiday gift giving, the art sale features pottery, prints, textiles, paintings and more, made by local artists.

The sale is an annual fundraiser for the community center’s arts education programs. SCC offers ongoing classes in painting, drawing, jewelry making, printmaking, ceramics, multimedia art, movement, music and personal development, as well as weekly open studios in figure drawing, printmaking, and ceramics.

Both events will take place at the community center, 276 E Napa St., Sonoma. For more information, visit petslifeline.org or sonomacommunitycenter.org.

The Sonoma Community Center enriches the lives of the people of Sonoma Valley by fostering a broad range of cultural, educational and community services, and by ensuring the preservation and restoration of its historic building.
