Etheridge ‘re-added’ to Cohn Fall Festival

Well, she was never really off the bill, but after some back and forth with their management, no one was really allowed to talk about it until now. But now the line-ups for the 2014 B. R. Cohn Charity Fall Music Festival are official. Melissa Etheridge, performing solo, will be headlining the Saturday, Sept. 20, show, along with the Wallflowers, Los Lonely Boys, John Waite, of the Babys, Paul Barrere, Fred Tackett and Kenny Gradney of Little Feat and the Curly Wolf.

Sonoma loses local music treasure, David Robbins

Sonoma Valley lost a big piece of the fabric of the local music community last Friday, July 18, when David Robbins passed away from a heart attack on the way home from an A’s game. Dave was quietly one of the largest supporters of the local music scene from an adult standpoint but more than that he was there for the children.
