The School of Business and Economics at Sonoma State University added Valley resident Tim Wallace to its roster of faculty for its inaugural Hybrid Executive MBA in Wine Business program.

Wallace has served as the Wine Business Institute Executive in Residence and is the former CEO of Benziger Family Winery.

“We have enlisted an esteemed group of scholars and professionals with diverse expertise that will enhance students’ classroom and experiential learning in our new Hybrid Executive MBA in Wine Business program,” said Dr. Karen Thompson, interim dean of the School of Business and Economics at Sonoma State University, in an announcement of the new faculty appointments.

Wallace said he is also teaching the Capstone class for the non-Hybrid Executive Wine MBA and he was recently part of the faculty that hosted a joint session with Executive MBA students from the Bordeaux based Kedge School of Business.

The Hybrid Executive MBA in Wine Business faculty will lead the online and class-based curriculum, including the four 10-day onsite residential “Leadership Intensives” in California wine country, France and Australia, launching in November 2018.
