New vineyard supply store opens in Sonoma

Cook Vineyard Management has opened the doors to its new Vineyard Supply Store at 19626 Eighth St. E.

The store offers vineyard, irrigation and erosion supplies as well as fermentation supplies and equipment.

The store is also the drop-off site for Home Wine labs. This service allows home winemakers the ability to have their wine analyzed without leaving Sonoma.

The space is also the headquarters for David Cook’s vineyard management company.

Cook took over the space that formally housed the Granary, which closed its doors earlier this year.

“No company here in Sonoma offers viticulture supplies,” Cook said earlier this summer. “Now you won’t have to go to Santa Rosa or Napa.”

He had been looking for a new location for two years and is pleased that his new spot allows him to expand into retail. “It should be fun,” said Cook.

Vineyard Supply will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Tuesday through Friday and limited hours on Saturday. cookvineyardmanagementstore.com
