Burton Wojciechowski, 43, passed away due to complications of type 1 diabetes. Born March 25, 1970, he grew up in Middletown.
Burt was a valedictorian of Middletown High and graduated from Stanford University with a degree in chemical engineering.
He is survived by his loving family, brother, Calvin and wife, Julie Wojciechowski; nieces Carrenne Purtell, Cassie Sherwood, Candace Egnew; and nephew, Cameron Wojciechowski; sister, Jan Saga; and brothers, Curtis and Conrad Wojciechowski.
Burt had huge heart and was loved by those who knew him.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Sonoma Community Center.
