Bernice “Bunny” Freeman

The Lord brought home an angel on Dec. 24, 2013. Bernice “Bunny” Freeman born Oct. 18a, 1918, lived a full 96 years.

A wonderful mother, grandmother and friend, Bunny will be missed dearly by the ones she loved.

She is survived by her son, Richard Freeman, his wife Holly and their two children, Sam and Max, of Arkansas; her granddaughter, Danielle Crompton, grandson, Christopher Freeman-Reynolds and great-grandson, James Crompton III of Sonoma. She was predeceased by her husband, Keith Freeman, (1982); her brother, Stanley Wilcox, (1998); her daughter, Carol Freeman-Reynolds, (2009); and her long-time companion, Frank Keithly, (2010).

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday Jan. 3, 2014, at the United Methodist Church, 109 Patten St. in Sonoma.
