Sorento Imports opens Café Scooteria

Nick and Carissa Grimm of Sorento Imports scooter shop recently opened their own drive-through coffee cart, Café Scooteria serving fresh ground coffee drinks from a 1966 Lambretta three-wheel trike converted to be an all-service coffee and espresso mobile cart.
Nick Grimm has five years of experience as a barista and says he has turned blended coffee drinks into an art form. The coffee cart will be opened from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Grimm offers products from San Francisco Coffee Company, David Rio Chai and Fiorello Gelato. Sorento Imports has been converting scooters to several different mobile food carts with pizza ovens, gelato carts, hot dog carts, tamale carts. Di Argenzio Winery has just commissioned the shop to convert a 1954 Cushman truckster trike into a mobile wine service carrying three 60-gallon wine barrels tapped for serving wine from the barrel.
