Robyn Hettrich joins Exchange Bank HR department

Exchange Bank announced recently that Robyn Hettrich has joined the bank's human resources department as a senior human resources business partner. 
 

Hettrich has more than 17 years of human resources management experience across many industries, and specializes in employee relations, HR compliance, and payroll and benefit management. She also has an extensive knowledge of talent acquisition, HR policies, procedures and systems.
 

Her work in professional organizations includes co-founding the HR Non-Profit Forum in San Francisco and serving as an active member of Society of Human Resource Management and Northern California Human Resources Association.
 

She is a graduate of Sonoma State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.  She completed postgraduate studies in human resources and received her Certification in Human Resources Management from San Francisco State University.
