Mia’s Kitchen names Brendan Kelley sales manager

Mia’s Kitchen, the Sonoma food company headed by Mia Sebastiani, recently announced the appointment of Brendan Kelley to the post of national sales manager. 


“Brendan brings more than 20 years of outstanding sales experience from a wide spectrum of food-related companies,” said Sebastiani. “He’s the perfect person to jump-start our foray into national placement of our food products, both in chain and independent outlets.  We look forward to using his expertise not only to build our business, but also to enhance our management team.”


Kelley most recently was national sales manager for Big Sky Brands, a licensee of Sunkist Growers and Jones Soda.  He previously held top management sales and marketing positions with Orchard Sweet Foods, Ben Myerson Candy Company, the Liggett Group, Pepsi-Cola Bottling Group and The Campbell Soup Company.  


As national sales manager for Mia’s Kitchen, Kelley will work with a national network of food brokers to secure product placement in key retail trade channels.  The Mia’s Kitchen line currently consists of three pasta sauces, a cabernet sauvignon wine reduction sauce, a balsamic reduction and an extra virgin olive oil, all of which have experienced rapidly growing sales, a company spokesperson stated.
