Can you believe it's the middle of October already? Me, either! I want to do some fun, low-cost advertising to celebrate the upcoming holidays. What would you suggest?

Dear Kris,

I know, right? Where did the time go? If anyone knows the importance of advertising during the holidays, it's you!  We have lots of great holiday advertising packages. All you have to do is give us a call at 938-2111 and we'll hook you up. Also, we will again be offering our holiday sponsorship program. This allows you to sponsor a Safety Page for Halloween, a Greetings Page for Thanksgiving and our very awesome "Baby's First Christmas". All for only $60 total! Call me before 5pm on Friday, 10/21 at 933-2747 and I'll set you up.

I heard a rumor that you're having some kind of Classified special to celebrate the "12 Days of Christmas". How in the world do you do that? Also, do I have to sing to you in order to get the discount? Because I don't sing very well.

Dear Froggy,

I think everyone should sing anytime they want! But it's not a requirement for this special. This is how it works. You run an ad for four consecutive issues, starting anytime in November or December. You get 16 words, for any of the following items: birds, jewelry, dance shoes/equipment; musical instruments and house cleaning services and you get 12% off the regular price. Get it? These are the gifts my true love gave to me? Ha ha - holiday humor. Don't you just love it?

I was reading the first letter about the holiday advertising. Because I am VERY fast, I was able to write this letter and get it to you before you finished the second letter. How cool is that?  Anyway, as a brand new mom, I was wondering what the story is with the "Baby's First Christmas"? How much does it cost? What does it include? What do I need to do to be a part of this?

Dear Baby Mama,

Congratulations on the new baby! Baby's First Christmas is a very special page that will run on Friday, December 23. Any new babies who are celebrating their first Christmas can have their photo, name, birth date and Mom and Dad's name listed. They also automatically receive a commemorative plaque of the ad. And the price is only $40! Deadline is December 14, so it's a good thing you're so fast!
