Locally produced, free range eggs are in high demand from small farms across Sonoma. Fowler Creek Farm in Sonoma sells nearly all of its eggs to Chez Panisse in Berkeley, which was founded by Alice Waters, considered the mother of locally produced culinary philosophy.
