Barr, Vrooman say I do

Dan and Cindy Vrooman of Sonoma, are pleased to announce the marriage of their eldest daughter Katie Eileen Vrooman to Justin Patrick Barr, born of Kay Barr and the late Donald Barr, of Petaluma.

The bride, a graduate of Sonoma Valley High , has a broadcasting degree from San Francisco State University and can be heard on Krush radio, 95.9 FM in Santa Rosa. The groom graduated from Petaluma High and is employed by Mesa Boogie Custom Amplifiers in Petaluma. He also lends his guitar talents to two local bands: ¼ Mile Combo and St. Peterbilt.

The two were wed on the evening of Saturday, April 9, at the newly renovated De Turk Round Barn in Santa Rosa. Guests danced to the country swing sounds of the B-Stars and were entertained by the inimitable Elvis Herselvis a.k.a. Leigh Crow.
