Alain Pinel Realtors welcomes Howard Powell to Sonoma office

Howard Powell, who has been representing clients in Sonoma and Lake Counties for nine years, recently joined the staff of Alain Pinel Realtors’ Sonoma office.

“Howard’s energy and attitude are remarkable,” says APR Sales Manager Sara Hauter, “we are honored Howard chose Alain Pinel.”
Powell stated that he believes in giving each client equal attention, “...whether they’re buying a condo in Temelec or a 40-acre horse farm in Glen Ellen.”

Before he moved to the Sonoma Valley, Powell lived in Shell, Wyoming (Pop. 50) where he was the proprietor, wrangler, chef, cook and bottle washer for Hap’s Equestrian B&B. For fifteen years prior, he was a tour director for Tauck World Adventures land and sea programs in the US, Europe and Australia.

As a Realtor, he says that he puts his efforts into service to his clients. “My part is to pay attention to details, using my refined negotiating skills to keep the process balanced,” he added.

Powell’s current big project is sales and promotion for Rim Rock Ranch Vineyard Estates (www.rimrocknow.com) . RRR is a gated enclave of 20-acre parcels, with, he adds “…wide roads, abundant wells, rich red earth and spectacular views. The development is geared towards vineyard and horse enthusiasts.”
