Zucchini Beef Casserole

Ingredients:

1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup beef gravy
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 T. dried basil
1 T. Italian seasoning
1 T. garlic salt
4 to 5 cups grated zucchini
Parmesan cheese (about 1 cup)
2 cup Jack cheese, grated
corn chips

Preparation - Directions:

Saute meat and onion. Add gravy, tomato sauce, seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes.
Parboil zucchini just until barely tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain, put in large, flat casserole dish. Pour meat sauce over.
Cover with parmesan and jack cheese. Top with corn chips. Bake 350°, 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
