2 lb. veal, cut into 1 inch cubes
|Preparation - Directions:||
Put flour, salt and pepper in a ziplock bag. Add veal. Shake to coat all pieces. Fry veal in olive oil a few piece at a time until evenly browned. Remove to platter. Pour off excess oil from pan. Return meat to pan and add Marsala. Turn heat down to simmer and cover for 20 minutes. Add beef broth and continue to simmer for 1/2 hour. Add mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with noodles or rice.
