Tuna Cranberry Salad

Ingredients:

1 envelope plain gelatin
1/2 cup water
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup celery, cut up
1/2 cup onions
1/8 t. Tabasco
1 T. lemon juice
2 6-1/2 oz. cans tuna, drained
1 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello, dissolved in 3/4 cup water
1 can whole cranberries
1 orange, sliced in wheels

Preparation - Directions:

Dissolve plain gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Add 1/4 cup boiling water. Mix mayonnaise, celery, onions, Tabasco, lemon juice and add to the tuna and then to the dissolved gelatin. Put in a pan 10 inches by 10 inches.
Spoon the cranberries, which have been mixed with the jello, over the tuna mixture. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Garnish with orange slices and serve on a bed of lettuce or sprouts.
