Tropical Bran Muffins

Ingredients:

Sift together:
2 cups flour
1 T. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
Stir in:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 3/4 oz. Morsels of wheat brand cereal
Place in blender container:
1 15-1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 medium banana cut up
2 eggs
1/2 cup salad oil

Preparation - Directions:

Blend on high 10 to 15 seconds until banana is smooth. Pour over dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Spoon into paper-lined or greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake 350° for 35 minutes or until muffins test done. Yield: About 2 dozen muffins.
