Sweet and Sour Sauce |

| Ingredients: | 2 cloves of garlic |
| Preparation - Directions: | Heat oil in wok or skillet. Stir fry garlic and ginger root for 30 seconds. Add vegetables stirring and cooking until soft. Add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and half of the water. Make a paste with cornstarch and remaining water. Add to mixture and cook until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat. Add pineapple with juice and bell pepper. Serve with homemade wontons or egg rolls. |
