Sweet & Sour Pork

Ingredients:

2-3 lbs. pork, cut small and pan fried
2 T. corn starch
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
1/4 cup vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
1 small chunked bell pepper
2 sticks celery, chunked
1 small onion
2 carrots, chunked
Hot cooked rice

Preparation - Directions:

In a pan, mix corn starch, sugar, juice from pineapple, vinegar and soy sauce. Mix over medium heat mixing constantly. Add carrots now. After its bubbly, add all other ingredients. Cook until vegetables are as you like them. Serve over rice. 6 servings.
