| Ingredients: | 2-3 lbs. pork, cut small and pan fried |
| Preparation - Directions: | In a pan, mix corn starch, sugar, juice from pineapple, vinegar and soy sauce. Mix over medium heat mixing constantly. Add carrots now. After its bubbly, add all other ingredients. Cook until vegetables are as you like them. Serve over rice. 6 servings. |
