Sweet Potato and Sausage Casserole

Ingredients:	2 cups mashed sweet potatoes 1 T. brown sugar 2 T. butter or margarine 1/4 cup orange juice 1/2 t. salt 1 lb. link sausages 2 T. water
Preparation - Directions:	Combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, fat and salt. Place sausage links in skillet with water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain. Cook slowly, turning often until well browned. Place mashed sweet potatoes in 1-1/2 quart casserole; arrange sausages on top. Pour orange juice over top; bake in 250° oven, 30 minutes. Serves 4.
