Strawberry Yogurt Shimmy

Ingredients:

1 3-oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
3/4 cup ice water
1 8-oz. carton strawberry fruit-blended yogurt

Preparation - Directions:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice water and chill to consistency of unbeaten egg white. Whip thickened gelatin until fluffy. Fold in yogurt until blended. Refrigerate until set. Spoon into dessert dishes and top with sour cream. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Turn this dessert into a cake by pouring over a graham cracker crumb crust, and top with cool whip or whipped cream topping.
