Spinach Surprise

Ingredients:	1-1/2 lb. ground beef 2 cloves garlic 1/2 medium onion 1/2 to 1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms 2 10 oz. pkg. thawed chopped spinach 1/2 to 1 pint sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 cups (before cooking) brown rice Approximately 3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation - Directions:	Brown beef, garlic and onion in skillet and drain. Then add mushrooms and saute until tender. Add spinach, sour cream and soup. Stir in cooked brown rice. Pour all in casserole dish and cover with cheese. Bake at 350° until brown. Freeze or serve.
