Sole Stuffed with Shrimp a la Darcy |

| Ingredients: | 6 large pieces fillet sole |
| Preparation - Directions: | Flatten the sole between wax paper then fill with about 1-1/2 tablespoons shrimp. Roll from small end and secure with toothpick. When all are finished, pat dry with paper towel. |
