Shrimp Dip with Raw Veggies

Ingredients:

1 large (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 T. lemon juice
3 T. thinly sliced green onion
1/4 to 1/2 t. crushed red pepper
1 T. milk
1/4 lb. cooked small shrimp
Salt
2 T. slivered almonds

Preparation - Directions:

Beat together cream cheese and sour cram until smooth and fluffy. Stir in lemon juice, onion, red pepper, milk and shrimp (reserve a few for garnish). Season to taste with salt. Cover and chill two to four hours to blend flavors.
Just before serving, stir gently. Turn into serving dish. Top with shrimp and almonds. Surround with a variety of crisp vegetables. Makes about 2 cups.
