3 cups sugar
|Preparation - Directions:||
Cream the oil and sugar. Add eggs and pumpkin; mix well, sift the dry ingredients together and add this to the pumpkin mixture alternatively with the water. Mix well. Pour into 2 wells greased and floured 9 inch by 5 inch loaf pans or one 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1-1/2 hours. Let stand 10 minutes and remove from pans to cool. Chopped nuts and raisins may be added before baking.
