Peggy’s Pizza

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 bunch parsley-chopped
1/2 lb. Tillamook cheese, diced fine
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 pkg. French Brown ’n’ Serve rolls, innards scooped out and discarded
3 T. Worchestershire sauce
oregano, salt, pepper to taste

Preparation - Directions:

Mix all ingredients and mound into halved rolls. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite salad. Makes 16.
