Patio Orange Slaw

Ingredients:

4 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup each, shredded carrots, diced orange segments, drained
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 T. red wine vinegar
1 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. celery seeds
1/2 t. paprika and salt

Preparation - Directions:

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, oranges and green pepper.
In small bowl, beat sugar, oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, celery seeds and paprika until well blended. Pour over vegetables and stir mixture until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
Makes 8-1/2 cup servings.
