1/4 cup olive oil
1 egg
1/2 t. vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
1-1/3 cups oats (quick)
1/4 t. cinnamon
1 T. flour
Pinch salt
1/3 cup chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on oiled cookie sheet.
Bake at 400° for approximately 8 minutes.
