Olive Bites

Ingredients:

25 pitted ripe olives
2-3 T. minced green onions
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. dry mustard
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
3 T. butter, melted
1 t. milk
1 or 2 drops Tabasco

Preparation - Directions:

Stuff olives with the onion and set aside. Combine flour, salt and mustard in a bowl. Mix in the cheese and blend the remaining ingredients. Using about 1 teaspoonful of dough for each, shape dough around olive and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve at once.
