Mushroom Soup |

| Ingredients: | 1 lb. fresh mushrooms |
| Preparation - Directions: | Chop onions finely and slice mushrooms thinly. Saute them in butter until tender. Simmer them for 10 minutes over low heat. Stir in water, bouillon, carrots and thyme. Bring to a boil, turn heat down to summer for about one hour. Stir in pepper, salt and wine and bring to a boil again. Serve with a bit of fresh parsley on top. |
