Mushroom Crust Quiche

1/2 lb. mushrooms, coarsely chopped

In fry pan, saute mushrooms in 3 tablespoons butter until limp. Stir in cracker crumbs. Turn into well-greased 9 inch pie pan. Press evenly over pan bottom and up sides. Melt remaining butter, add onion and saute until limp. Spread onions over crust. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. In blender, whirl cottage cheese, eggs and cheyenne. Pour into crust and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 4.
