Mulligatawny Soup |

| Ingredients: | 2 T. butter |
| Preparation - Directions: | Saute leek in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in flour and curry. Slowly add chicken broth, stirring until well blended. Bring to boil, stirring. Add rice, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 15 minutes. Add chicken and Half & Half. Cook 5 minutes longer. Makes about 5 cups. |
