Mocha Mousse

Ingredients:	4 T. corn starch 1/3 cup sugar 3 level t. instant coffee 1/4 cup Hershey’s cocoa 4 cups milk 2 T. vanilla 1/2 t. almond extract 1 cup marshmallows 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten 1 ready-made cookie crust or your own 9 inch crust
Preparation - Directions:	Pour milk in large pan. Add extracts, mix dry ingredients, add to milk. Over low heat, heat until bubbly. Add marshmallows, blend until melted, remove from heat. Blend in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into crust, chill and garnish with whipped cream and/or nuts.
